The Ole Liese Wirtschaft and our gourmet restaurant 1797 have now merged into a unique culinary experience under the new name "Ole Liese." You can look forward to a harmonious fusion of two worlds: rustic hospitality and hearty tavern fare, combined with the sophistication of fine gourmet cuisine. It is a retreat for all those who delight in the pleasures of fine food.
With this new concept, we offer not only a modern interpretation of classic dishes and regional specialties, but also extraordinary, star-worthy creations crafted by our head chef—served at the highest level of quality.

Opening Hours

For lunch, we serve homemade dishes from our small daily menu between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, you can also choose from freshly baked waffles, homemade cakes and coffee. Starting at 6:00 PM, you are welcome to select from one of the following three set menus or order à la carte.

Our "Ole’s Wirtschaft" menu brings together the timeless classics of German cuisine in a menu concept of exceptional quality. Liese´s Garden

The "Liese’s Garten" menu will amaze vegetarians: With carefully selected ingredients from nature—such as pan-seared artichokes, aromatic rutabaga consommé, and braised savoy cabbage—innovative flavor worlds are brought to life. Our very own kitchen garden continues to play a special role in creating these exceptional dishes.

Goose at the Ole Liese

With a 14-day advance reservation, you can enjoy a delicious goose feast. For 6 people, we offer a whole goose with red cabbage, potato dumplings, chestnuts, and baked apple for €59.90 per person. For a reservation for two, we serve a whole duck with red cabbage, potato dumplings, chestnuts, and baked apple for €44.90 per person.
