The Ole Liese Wirtschaft and our gourmet restaurant 1797 have now merged into a unique culinary experience under the new name "Ole Liese." You can look forward to a harmonious fusion of two worlds: rustic hospitality and hearty tavern fare, combined with the sophistication of fine gourmet cuisine. It is a retreat for all those who delight in the pleasures of fine food.

With this new concept, we offer not only a modern interpretation of classic dishes and regional specialties, but also extraordinary, star-worthy creations crafted by our head chef—served at the highest level of quality.

Opening Hours

For lunch, we serve homemade dishes from our small daily menu from Wednesday to Saturday between 12:30 and 2:00 p.m. From 12:30 to 5:00 p.m., you can also choose from freshly baked waffles, homemade cakes, and coffee specialties. From 6:00 to 8:30 p.m., we serve dinner, and we remain open until 11:00 p.m. after the kitchen closes. On Sundays, we are open from 12:30 to 5:00 p.m. and serve daily specials from the kitchen until 2:00 p.m.

Ole´s Wirtschaft

Our "Ole’s Wirtschaft" menu combines down-to-earth classics of German cuisine in a menu concept of the highest order. Smørrebrød with salmon, braised ox cheeks, and boiled beef tongue demonstrate that true culinary art is rooted in tradition. Perfectly balanced and prepared with great attention to detail, this menu offers a refined homage to the time-honored country house kitchen.

Liese´s Garden

The menu “Liese’s Garden” will leave vegetarians amazed: with carefully selected ingredients from nature – such as beetroot cream soup, braised pumpkin, and buttermilk mousse – it opens up innovative worlds of flavor. Our very own kitchen garden continues to play a special role here as well.
