Sunday Brunch at Gut Panker

A picture-perfect Sunday – every single week. In the Gut Café in the Nachtwächterhaus, a lovingly arranged brunch buffet awaits you with breads and pastries, honey from Gut Panker, homemade spreads, smoked fish from Lake Selent and regional specialities. A relaxed way to start the day, surrounded by historic charm. From 1 February 2026, every Sunday, 10:30 am–2:30 pm, €49.00 per person, including all food, juices, coffee and tea specialities as well as a glass of Riesling sparkling wine.

The Feast at Gut Panker

An evening full of flavour and regional variety. Our gourmet buffet in the Gut Café in the Nachtwächterhaus combines familiar seasonal dishes with lovingly prepared regional specialities. In winter you can look forward to hearty classics such as kale or venison ragout, in spring to asparagus and pike dumplings. A delicious way to start the weekend. From 6 February 2026, every Friday, 6:30–11:00 pm, €59.00 per person, plus drinks.

Kitchen Party at Ole Liese

An evening behind the scenes: stroll through the kitchen, taste freshly prepared delicacies and experience how aromas are created. Sascha Kurgan and his team offer insights into their craft – accompanied by live music, conversations and an atmosphere that puts you right in the middle of the action. You can take your own Ole Liese apron home as a souvenir. From 4 June 2026, every first Thursday of the month from 7:00 pm, €79.00 per person, including aperitif and apron.

Sascha Kurgan – Six Courses of Time & Indulgence

A menu that celebrates the season. Sascha Kurgan presents a finely composed six-course menu that reinterprets familiar flavours and combines them with clear, seasonal accents. Each course tells a story of care, provenance and genuine craftsmanship. From 20 June 2026, every third Saturday of the month, €129.00 per person; beverage pairing €40.00 per person.
